RED DEER – The Alberta Female Hockey League’s (AFHL) U18 AAA Showcase is taking place in Red Deer, February 2-4.
All six of the U18 AAA teams will be facing off at the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre. Action begins on Friday with the Edmonton Jr. Oilers White and the Red Deer Sutter Fund Chiefs at 9 A.M. The Showcase will conclude on February 4 with the Jr. Oilers White taking on the Calgary Fire.
Red Deer currently sits first in the league with a 16-3-1 record, good for 49 points on the season. The Calgary Fire and Edmonton Jr. Oilers White are in second and third place with 41 and 40 points respectively.
The U18 AAA Showcase will cap off the AFHL’s showcases for the 2023-24 season.
